Simplicity 8580 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1971.

Baby's Gowns, Sleeping Bag and Feeder (Instructions for Simulated Smocking Included):

Gown V. 1, 3 and 4, Top V. 2 and dress V.5 have bias bound neckline and back button closing. All views except V. 7 have raglan sleeves gathered with elastic casting to form self ruffles. V. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 have long sleeves. V. 1 and 2 feature simulated smocking. V.1 and 4 have tie belt. V.1, 3 and 4 have ribbon drawstring slipped through neck binding. Top V. 2 has matching panties with elastic casing at waistline and at leg edges. V. 3 has lace insertion trim. V. 4 and 5 have front yoke and lace edging trim. V. 5 has short sleeves. The sleeping bag V. 6 with buttoned bottom section has front zipper closing, purchased applique, top stitched collar and cord tie belt. Feeder V. 7 with pocket across front and long kimono sleeves with elastic casings is bound with bias tape.
